The Bioinformatics Facility staff provides advice, training, the provision of computational tools and custom analyses on each stage of your research.  

While we try to offer a wide range of support in the application of computational methods in bioresearch, our staff expertise is mainly focused on high-throughput biological and medical data analysis. For most of solutions we re-use public workflows and use them according to best practices in the bioinformatics community, ensuring reproducibility and high effectiveness of data analysis. We are also open to developing new solutions if required.
