The Bioinformatics Facility main activities, which together fulfill our mission statement, are: 

• Support: we provide consultation and advice on best practices in computational methodologies  

• Expertise: we develop and implement effective analysis strategies and build unified infrastructure that supports the use of divers sets of experimental systems for high-throughput biological data 

• Training: we provide training, instruction and advice to assist researchers in their own data analysis 

• Advanced Analysis: we provide a wide range of high-throughput biological data analysis starting from data retrieval and management, through storage and quality control, up to analysis and help in publication or grant submission
